- Register online or place an booking for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

MCNI collects your data so that we can:
- Process your booking and manage your account.
- Email you with information we think you might like.
- Make further arrangements for your booked appointments.

- When we processes your booking, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent bookings.
Our Organisation securely stores your data at our online database.
Our Organisation will keep your data for at least 6 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.
